  • The bottle must be sealed and unopened.
    Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been opened or used, as we cannot guarantee the quality or safety of used items.

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. Prepare the Return: Package the item securely in its original packaging. Include the return authorization number inside the package.
  4. Ship the Return: Use the provided prepaid shipping label to return the item. Drop it off at the nearest shipping facility.

  • Refunds: If you request a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is processed.
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost once the returned item is received. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer either a different product or a refund.
